By accessing keencore.online and purchasing products from Keencore Atelier, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Orders and payment
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud or availability issues. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total amount, including shipping and taxes where applicable.
3. Shipping and risk of loss
Orders ship from our fulfillment partners. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking details will be provided when available.
4. Returns
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-engraved items are final sale unless defective. Contact [email protected] for return authorization.
5. Warranty
We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, and modifications. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security features, or access data not intended for you. Automated scraping that burdens our infrastructure is prohibited without written consent.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and product designs are owned by Keencore Atelier or licensed. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keencore Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
